Naptown Tees wants you to be  satisfied with our products, but we know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item for whatever reason. Sometimes a shirt doesn’t fit right, doesn’t look how you thought it might or maybe it just isn’t your color. We will gladly accept returns and want you to find the perfect Naptown Tee.

We have made the process as easy as possible for you. Returns will be accepted within 30 days of shipping for a refund or exchange.  Returns must be accompanied with the packing slip and be in resalable condition. Don’t wear our tees out to a party, get all sweaty in it and expect us to sell that back to someone else, we will smell the returned tee!  Please allow 2 weeks for exchanges and refunds.  We can not credit your credit card on credit card orders, so we will certainly push you to order via Paypal or expect an exchange for an equal valued tee.  You will be refunded the amount of the returned item less shipping costs, we’ll take that on, if paid via Paypal.

• Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.
• The return package should have the included reciept inside package and  clearly marked. Shipped to the following address:

• On exchanges, please note, CLEARLY on your initial receipt, what you would like in place of returned item.
• Price differential needs to be made prior to shipment of new item.

Sales of web specials/closeout items are final.
No returns or exchanges will be permitted for such items. Web specials/closeout items are items listed in the SALE or CLOSEOUT categories.
